Our Certified Peers offer 1:1 support, where we meet with clients and assist them with their individual goals to help manage their own mental wellness. We also offer group support meetings with a focus on mindfulness, wellness, therapeutic arts, and we share activities and tools that clients can use in their daily routines.

We coordinate with other community based organizations to present information on wellness topics relevant to our clients, as well as offering therapeutic resources and classes to our clients.

Sunrise Wellness Center shares a monthly calendar of scheduled group meetings and social activities. We have something for everyone!
