    announce that we will be starting a Walking Group
    every Wednesday Morning from 9:30-10:30AM!
    On cold and rainy days we will walk at the Oakdale
    Commons and when the weather is nice we will
    walk together at Otsiningo Park! If you are not sure
    which location to meet with us at you can call or text
    the Sunrise Staff at (607) 644-2557. If you need a
    ride be sure to arrive at MHAST by 9:15am for
    transportation. Physical Wellness plays a key role
    in Mental Wellness. Participation in regular physical
    activity can increase our self-esteem and can
    reduce stress and anxiety
