Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier

The Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier (MHAST) is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality programs and services to support individuals with mental health challenges.  We offer peer based services, meaning our employees have a shared or lived experience and can understand, engage, and relate to the challenges faced by individuals we support in our programs.
