MHAST is governed by a Board of Directors who are responsible for overseeing the organization’s strategic plan, finances, and operations. The board is charged with supporting the organization’s mission, strategy, and goals, and ensuring that the organization operates in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
MHAST currently has 13 board members who are members of the local community and who have the interest, ability, skill set and availability to provide guidance for the association. Our board members are engaged and advocate for the best interest of the organization and the clients we serve. Their level of professional experience is comprehensive and extensive and provides the support and direction needed to continue the growth and success of the organization.
