Fiscal and Administrative Assistant – Project Hope

Position Summary
Provides Fiscal and Administrative support for the Project Hope crisis counseling program
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

  • Must possess the knowledge and skills required to successfully accomplish the responsibilities of the position
  • Must satisfy required background checks

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fiscal Assistant:

  • Tracks and monitors local program expenses and creates and submits claims to RFMH for reimbursement
  • Monitors approved budget to ensure spending conforms with approved amounts
  • Prepares fiscal reports as required
  • Performs quality control and oversight of program purchases
  • Works closely with Program Coordinator to ensure that funds are being appropriately used for crisis counseling services
  • Responsible for processing timesheets and payroll

 

Administrative Assistant:

  • Provides administrative support including but not limited to collecting data forms, ordering supplies, answering office phone calls, and facilitating electronic support to the program staff for all Project Hope activities
  • Coordinates printed materials and distributes to teams as needed
  • Schedules events and related training activities

 

 

HOURS:                       40/week
STATUS:                      Non-Exempt, Temporary through December 15, 2021
REPORTS TO:              Team Leader, Project Coordinator
SALARY:                      $23.00/hour
